Return & Exchange Policy

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Final sale items (including clearance, jewelry, and fabric cut by the yard) cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Fabric Policy

• Fabrics are sold in cut yardage and are final sale.
• Please double-check yardage and print before placing your order.
• If a fabric arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.

 

Refund Policy

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
• Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to process.
• If you used a gift card or store credit, the refund will be re-issued in the same form.
